If there is any problem with your order upon arrival, please STOP and take a picture then send it to our contact email I will review the issue and contact you to go over resolution.
If there is any issue when lighting the candle or as its lit, please STOP and take a picture then send it to our contact email I will review the issue and contact you to go over resolution.
Any resolution of the purchased product WILL NOT be held at the cost of the customer, we will handle all shipping and return cost for you.
We want to make sure every candle is the highest of quality so please if you feel it does not smell as strong as it should, it arrives broken, or it won't stay lit due to a number of things please contact us right away we would be more then glad to resolve this issue for you.
